1clicklead Terms of Service

1clicklead (1clicklead.orova.vn) is a product of Orova (orova.vn). 1clicklead is a TOOL that helps you find public contact information that individuals and businesses have posted themselves and that anyone can find on the internet. Orova provides the tool; Orova is not a seller of data and does not contact anyone on your behalf.

By creating an account or using 1clicklead, you agree to these Terms, the 1clicklead Privacy Policy and Orova's general terms. They apply together; where they differ on 1clicklead, these Terms prevail. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1clicklead is intended for work and business purposes. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company, and the company is also bound by these Terms.

• You type one sentence describing the customers you need; the bot helps you find public contact information that individuals and businesses have posted themselves and that anyone can find on the internet, in the country you choose (57 countries).
• Every result row carries a link to the source page where the details were published.
• You can export the list to Excel or CSV.
• Delete and block: delete a row and block that email, phone number or domain so it does not come back in your later searches.

Orova does not sell a ready-made database of contacts. A list is created only when you run a search, and it exists only in your account.

Orova does not commit to any number of leads per search. When a market, industry or description lacks enough public information, the bot stops and tells you so; this is not a service failure.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; there is no password.

Your 1clicklead account and quota wallet are separate from other Orova products. You must keep the email inbox you sign in with secure, and you are responsible for all activity in your account. If you notice unauthorized use, tell us right away.

• The bot only reads public pages anyone can see: business websites, blogs, personal websites, YouTube channels and public profile bios on social networks.
• The bot does not sign in to accounts, enter private groups or messages, get past paywalls, or buy personal datasets.
• The bot respects robots.txt and identifies itself truthfully as "OrovaBot" when visiting pages.
• AI from third-party AI providers (such as Google's Gemini) helps interpret your description and suggests more leads. The bot re-reads the source page of each AI-suggested lead; if it cannot re-read a page, that row is shown with an "unverified" label.
• The bot does not take sensitive personal data. Gender and age are only taken when a public page states them explicitly, never guessed.

The service and all results are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Orova makes no warranty, express or implied, that:

• the information found is accurate, complete, current or still in use;
• you are permitted to use that information for your purposes under the law where you or the recipient are located;
• the service will run uninterrupted or error-free, or produce any business result.

Information comes from public pages posted by others, so it may be outdated or wrong. Results generated or suggested by AI may be wrong; a row labeled "unverified" is one the bot could not confirm on its source page. Check the source link yourself before use, and do not use results to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person (such as employment, credit, insurance or housing).

You top up quota first, then use it.

• Top up by QR bank transfer via SePay (VND) or by PayPal (USD). The minimum top-up is shown on the Top up page (currently from 260,000 VND or 10 USD).
• Each lead found costs 100 quota, including "unverified" leads. If no lead is found, nothing is charged.
• The quota required is shown before you click Run.
• Prices may change; new prices apply only to searches run after the change.

For bank transfers, Orova is not responsible if you send the wrong reference, amount or account; send your receipt to support so we can reconcile it.

Quota you have topped up cannot be refunded as money.

Quota charged for leads found is not refunded, including when the details later turn out to be unusable, the row is labeled "unverified", or an AI provider returns an error, a wrong result or a result you did not expect. If your account is suspended or terminated for a breach, remaining quota is not refunded.

The only exception: an Orova system error charges quota without delivering the corresponding results — email support and we will check and credit the quota back.

You decide whom to search for, what purpose you use a list for, and which channel and message you use to make contact. You are therefore the data controller for your list; Orova only processes data on your instructions when you run a search. Orova keeps no copy of your lists for its own purposes, does not merge lists across accounts, and does not sell or share data with third parties.

You are responsible for establishing your own legal basis for using the data and making contact, and for complying with the laws where you operate and where your recipients live, including personal data protection, anti-spam (email, text and call) and direct marketing laws. For example: Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP (Vietnam); GDPR (European Union); § 7 UWG (Germany — advertising emails, and advertising calls to consumers, require prior express consent); CAN-SPAM and CCPA/CPRA (United States, California); PDPA (Singapore, Thailand).

• Where the law requires prior consent, you must obtain it before emailing or calling.
• Every email or message must say clearly who you are, which public source you got the details from, and how the recipient can opt out.
• If someone opts out or asks not to be contacted, stop immediately and use "Delete and block"; if a recipient asks about their data, respond as the applicable law requires.
• Any list you download or move out of 1clicklead is entirely your responsibility.

You may not use 1clicklead, or any list from 1clicklead, to:

• Send spam or unsolicited texts, make unlawful bulk calls, or contact people who have opted out.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, defraud, impersonate or steal anyone's identity.
• Sell, rent, re-share or upload a list to a database for others to use.
• Discriminate against anyone based on gender, age, ethnicity, religion or any other characteristic protected by law.
• Search for or profile children, or process sensitive personal data.
• Bypass or break the service's technical limits, or use automated tools to extract data from 1clicklead.
• Any unlawful purpose.

Where there are signs of a breach, a well-founded complaint, signs of fraud, or where the law requires, Orova may, without prior notice: restrict features, suspend or terminate your account, delete lists and related data, and keep any remaining quota without refund. Orova may cooperate with competent authorities when required by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Orova and its personnel and partners from any claim, demand, fine, penalty, damages, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from:

• your use of data or lists from 1clicklead, including how you contact people;
• your breach of these Terms or of applicable law;
• your infringement of any third party's rights, including those of people named in a list.

Orova will notify you when it receives such a claim and may choose how to defend itself; in that case you will cooperate and bear the related costs.

To the extent permitted by law:

• Orova is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill or loss of data, even if advised of their possibility.
• Orova is not liable for how you use a list, for the content of third-party pages, or for the acts of AI providers, payment parties or external platforms.
• Orova's total liability to you for all claims relating to 1clicklead will not exceed the amount you topped up in 1clicklead in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Orova is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, government actions, network, power or data-center failures, cyberattacks, or AI, payment or infrastructure providers stopping or changing their services.

Orova may change, suspend or discontinue all or part of 1clicklead. If the service is discontinued entirely for reasons other than your breach, Orova will give notice by email or in the app.

Orova may amend these Terms. The date at the top of this page will change accordingly; material changes are announced by email or in the app. Continuing to use 1clicklead after the effective date means you agree to the new version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If a dispute arises, both parties will first negotiate in good faith: send a notice to contact@orova.vn and we will discuss it for 30 days; if it is not resolved, the dispute will be settled by the competent authority where Orova has its head office. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms do not exclude any rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
